1. Returns

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason, in accordance with EU consumer laws .

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused
  • In their original packaging
  • In the same condition as received

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used vape products
  • E-liquids, HHC products, or consumables once unsealed
  • Any product with broken seals

This is standard for consumable vape goods where returns are restricted after opening .


3. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, contact us via our website or support email with:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return

Once approved, you will receive return instructions.


4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service

Govapeo is not responsible for lost return shipments.


5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection
  • If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method
  • Refunds are typically completed within 5–14 business days

We may withhold the refund until the item is received or proof of return is provided .


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos or video evidence

We will offer:

  • Replacement
  • Refund
  • Store credit

depending on the situation.


7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective
  • Damaged
  • Incorrectly delivered

For other cases, please place a new order.


8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  3. Contact your bank
